I'm Sarah, 34 and newly diagnosed

I found this site looking for info on Low Carbing - so will be heading there to bombard them with questions :lol:

I'm a Tinkerbell nut, have 3 dogs (in varying sizes) and am married with a teenage step-daughter.

I also have Bipolar Disorder and Hypothyroidism - so its all fun fun fun :roll: :roll:

Looking forward to getting some answers to a few niggling questions
