I'm going to Spain and America soon and was wondering how to keep my meds cool some how. Wondered how other people deal with this problem.
If you use something can you tell me what you use and where I can get them from.

Google "Frio Bags" or look on Amazon. Great piece of kit and fairly cheap.

I have been noticing them in a few lloyds pharmacies where you can buy them over the counter


Type 2 diagnosed 24/01/2013.
Novomix 30, Victoza, Simvistatin.

I emailed frio enquiring about them and they sent me 2 of the large ones foc!!
