Hellooo all,

Just got back off my rain filled holiday, which was carbfreetastic, no restaurants said anything when I said more veg and no chips or potatoes, ain't I a good boy, and me bs levels are dropping slowly but surely in the right direction, got you all a stick of rock lol, be happy folks.
