Home last night after second TKR

So far, so good.

Op went well and, phsychologically, I am much more on top of things this time round.

Really early days. I know from personal experience this is a long, painful recovery. Being able to get my life back sightseeing, walking and playing with my beautiful grandsons is incentive enough.

I am afraid BS testing will have to take a back seat for a while. Need to put all my effort into recovery and have had enough needles in the past few days to last me a lifetime!

Sensible LCHF meals for the next couple of weeks.

Fantastic to at least be on the other wide of this most difficult operation.
