Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.................that does look good, love garlic butter

My Mum used to make her own butter before I was born. Surely it must be hard work? Your pic does make it look delicious though.

no hard work atall its simply cream double i use and electric whisk takes about 8 mins whisk until it turns to scrambled eggs drain of the buttermilk and rinse hey ho its butter so easy honest

Hmmm still not convinced! Maybe I'll try it when I feel well again. Thank you for sharing this

i promise you its so easy check out jamie oliver is same way , and i hope u feel better soon x

My wife makes it now and again .... salted unsalted slightly nutty garlic etc.
Takes her ten minutes to turn a tub of cream into a pat of butter .... she's even got the wooden patters .... can't get fresher than that.
If she spots the tubs of cream in the cut price sell quickly corner she grabs it and then makes the butter.
I make the yoghurt which is just as easy.

me to i buy the cheap cream in isle esp as xmas just gone and i freeze im eat alot butter so it works for me x
