Hi everyone...
Have just made my first lot of flapjacks sugar free....anyone had any success making them...
They are sill cooling will try them later.....

I tried making flapjacks without sugar, they didn't stick together and weren't very nice. I now replace the sugar with mashed banana and some of the oats with ground almonds and chopped nuts. The nuts make the carb content lower. I cut them into about 50g portions and make them quite thick. They do have a tendency to be a bit crumbly, but not too bad.
