I always eat a bit of honey after meal.Is it fine or should i mininise prefering honey for my type-1 case?

Honey is sugar. I suppose it depends on how much you have and what effect it has on your blood glucose. Test and see. It's really a case of if you're happy with the results. Personally I would not have it.

Yes, honey is just another sugar and don't let anyone tell you it's OK because it's 'natural'. If you have enough insulin to cover the carb level and don't put on weight then it's OK.

so if not I should prefer fruit otherwise ...rit?

Sucrose, honey and fruit etc are all combinations of glucose and fructose. Glucose needs to be controlled in diabetes and fructose is of little use to body other than being stored as fat. Fruit is good in sensible quantities becuse it also has fibre and other nutrients. Keep tropical fruit down as it is very high in sugars.
