Thought I d post a,hoping every1 is doing ok ;).diabetes can be very depressing for sure but while sitting here i thought i'd come onto diabetes uk and wish every the best.hope every1 is doing well and try not to let the numbers bring you down.us diabetics are going through the same emotions,even though we don t know each other we can all relate :) heads up and lots of love :)))))))))))))
 
Hey, hope you're doing well @wiserkurtious - I remember your thread from last year. Hope you got what you wanted/needed eventually!
 
I had another blood test and it came back,antibodies negative :) and I had my diabetic screening done lately and it came back normal!! so its all good atm :) still getting sugars that are a little high after meals and would like to know fully whats wrong with me so i can treat my condition effectively,still in limbo a liitle but shouldn't really be complaining tbh,as you know it is so hard to get an appointment to see your consultant nowadays.I m currently on .6 units in the morning and 8 units before bd so ya I'm in limbo still

Is that 0.6 units, in the morning, or has a sneaky little "." snuck in there?

Can't complain thanks - still in honeymoon right now so I don't need a large basal dose but I've been needing more bolus the last couple of weeks to keep things in check. Might be starting to fade who knows?
 
ya i was diagnosed in 2015 and stil honeymooning but wish i could have something for meals ;) would give me alittle more leeway :P
