Hormones and increasing bolus

Hi All, been put on novorapid recently but one thing that always kills my bloods is my time of the month.

Interested to know how much others increase there insulin intake to counter this?

I get better insulin resistance pre period then as period continues they rise if I've reduced insulin to avoid hypos.
Hormones definitely affect my insulin resistance.

It annoys me so much. It was worse when I was on metformin as there was obviously nothing I could do to bring it down.

I’m also a little under the weather too which isn’t helping xxx
