Type 1 Hospital change with insulin pump

Hi everyone,

Not sure if anyone could help me with this but I am going to need to change my hospital because I am moving house so this one it’s a bit to far now, the problem is my insulin pump funding was done in my current hospital so I am worried that if I change the hospital they will remove the insulin pump from me? Or they will let me change the hospital and take the pump with me to be treated in a different hospital ? I don’t know if someone been in the same situation and can help me pls … thanks a lot

You need to ask your hospital DNS.
