A guy in the local support group I mentioned earlier was woken up atv3am every morning to have his BG checked.  It was too high, so they dud nothing about it. Some seem to think that you can only have insulin when you've eaten. He also experienced a hypo during his stay, and they insisted on trying to give him orange juice, which would have upset his stomach. I the end, he asked them to just give him a cup of tea and a biscuit, and leave him alone.</p></blockquote><p></p>
