Hot weather

I’m in the same boat as many others here. High BG’s.
Well hydrated and not suffering from any extra illness.
Have gone to changing pump cartridges every 2 days but trying to do 3 days.
Also had the joy of a batch of duff insulin or insulin that had gone off for whatever reason.
Insulin now in salad drawer in the fridge and being monitored several times a day with a digital thermometer.
I love the hot weather and being outdoors in the sunshine but will welcome in due course some cooler weather for no reason other than making managing diabetes a lot easier!!

Worse this year. Far hotter in North-East compared to normal.
