This morning I was an hour later getting up which threw out my usual 7am Trurapi jab. I did this at 8 along side my Trujeo jab. Then ate the usual 1 slice toast. Will this make much difference if any ?

doubtful :)

toujeo couple hours either side shouldnt make much difference difference, due to its insulin profile/active time.

trupai is fast acting usually with meals. just think clock changes what you do. wouldnt worry either way.

i used to inject both toujeo and novarapid/fiasp one after the other in the mornings at breakfast anywhere between 5:00 and 7:30am

The Trurapi has to be taken before eating, so if you also ate an hour later than usual it doesn't make any difference. There are no fixed times to take quick acting insulin, unless you eat at fixed times.
