Type 1 How can I get all my diabetes and health data into Excel

I would love to review all my diabetes data in Excel. Currently I use the following:

- OmniPod Dash (insulin)
- Freestyle Libre 2 (blood glucose)
- Apple Health (exercise, carbohydrates, water, ...)

I would love to import my data into Excel to analyse it. What approaches do you use to achieve this?

you can export upto 90 days using libreview.com after logging in click download at the top right hand side of the page.
regards carbs if you inserted those on libreapp they would be there too alongside exercise (just the 3 levels with time).

you can open the csv file with excel. apple health also has an option to export data (if reorder columns to match could insert both at same time relatively easy) converting datetimeformat to match sorting rows via the datetimeformat.

At one time I did this by exporting data from Juggluco.nl but now just rely upon the analysis the app itself provides.
