How can I stop email notifications?

My email inbox has so many notifications of bits added to topics on this forum and I'd like to stop them. Not being very computer savvy, can anyone tell me how to do this please? Thank you.

If you go to the screen you post a message on there are boxes at the bottom under the submit bit just click on the one that asks the forum to notify you of an reply being posted - thats what I did to stop mine. Hope that helps
