What works for some may not work for others but at least you get a choice of what you can try and see what works for you. Look at some of the success testimonials for some inspiration. Look at some of the members "signature" of how things have improved for them. This forum is a great place for help, advice and guidance. As well as a listening ear to offer you the support as you continue your journey.
