How do i find a thread i post a while ago?

How can i search for a thread i posted a while ago without trawling through all the questions again? thanks

Find all threads by member.

If you click oin your own name ( in red lettering) them click on postings, it should come up with all your postings under that name, newest first. and scroll down.
