Hi there
Excuse my ignorance but yesterday after a spat of blood tests for the past week it was confirmed I have diabetes; what type I am not sure; and neither is the doctor. I am in central Africa; resources here are limited same as testing facilities and medication.
My other problem comes in as there is blood from the kidneys but they cannot test further than blood tests though they did say it is urgent that the problem gets resolved and went as far to say I need a renal biopsy however in central Africa that is not possible.
Can anyone give me some idea as how I am to find out what diabetes I have or is there some unwritten findings on how to treat it regardless whether I know the type or not? Also could there be a relationship of the kidney problem and diabetes and how necessary is the biopsy?
I'm looking forward to any information to keep my mind at peace as right now it is running rampant.
Kind regards
Lezally
