how do I PM someone Please

Wonder if someone can help me please - it's a question related to the website. How do you PM someone? I can't find an icon or anything to enable me to do it.

Hi, whoever you wish to PM click onto their name under the avatar picture, it will take you to their profile then click onto the PM symbol in letters 'PM' and computer will take you to source page to PM them.

I think you have to have posted a certain amount to be able to pm another member, from memory about 10 posts? Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. I think they do it that way to avoid spam...

Thanks for your reply. Carried out your instructions. I clicked on your name however when I get to the profile page there is nothing there that says PM. 1/2 way down there was.. Contact Anna but nothing happens if I click on that or anything else.

A simple way if you want to answer someone's post by PM is to click on the PM box underneath someone's name or avatar. This will quote their message and put you in the right place to write yours.

Alternatively you can click on User Control Panel, then Private Messages, and then you can compose a message.

You need to have 5 posts before you can use the Private Message function. You're nearly there now.
