What sort of weight are you trying to put on? If it is fat then you will need to eat carbs and fat. If it is muscle bulk then proteins, fats and exercise.
i would like to put on fat if i eat carbs my sugar goes up and i lose the any weight ive put on i eat 4 times a day. before i had diabetes it wasnt a problem plus i do bodybuilding. please help
well after my last meal at night the morning reading is 6.0 then i have quick oaks which has which has 14.g sugar it goes to 10.9 which makes me run to the loo.
I am not surprised. You do not need to eat carbs that will spike your blood glucose levels. Find a more appropriate breakfast for your body and if you want to put on weight you need some fat as well.
