Im writing from SA. I hope I dont step over the line now, but I understand if you feel negative. I did too in the beginning until I came to accept it. I was angry and resentlful as I wasnt prepared for it, like most, and knew nothing about it. It is a 24/7 nuisance more than anything else, if its kept under control. Its a great inconvenience having to always watch the carbs, when just about everything all over is carb-friendly.
I appreciate the support and help I get through the forum. That way I dont feel isolated and alone and I also learn a lot and how different personalities treat this problem.
I hope you will feel better soon and depression is a difficult one. Sometimes we just have to take one minute at a time before one whole day. Baby steps.
