How do i unsubscribe to the forum??

As the title suggests, how do i delete my membership to the forum?? I have looked in the user control panel and cant see a way...

I am leaving as all the carry on is making me feel like I should just blooming follow my doctors advice and go the NHS way....I have enough negativity in my life with regards to being diabetic and dont want to be judged on something i can or can not post....To be honest, I find it all rather childish.

Everyones contributions have helped me a lot since being diagnosed in July but unfortunately, suffering from depression and coming on the forum and reading so much negativity is taking a toll on my health...

Thanks for everything, but I feel its time to get help elsewhere now...

Hi Sharon,
Im writing from SA. I hope I dont step over the line now, but I understand if you feel negative. I did too in the beginning until I came to accept it. I was angry and resentlful as I wasnt prepared for it, like most, and knew nothing about it. It is a 24/7 nuisance more than anything else, if its kept under control. Its a great inconvenience having to always watch the carbs, when just about everything all over is carb-friendly.
I appreciate the support and help I get through the forum. That way I dont feel isolated and alone and I also learn a lot and how different personalities treat this problem.

I hope you will feel better soon and depression is a difficult one. Sometimes we just have to take one minute at a time before one whole day. Baby steps.

I think you are right. The forum seems to be filled with half-w 'experts' intent on lecturing to any and everyone. If you were to say, "prunes," you can guarantee that these 'experts' will be on google in an instant and come back with reasons why they will kill you or other reasons you should eat nothing but.

Google doesn't create experts, it creates the sort of half baked nonsense you read on these forums.
