Eat often and little, of foods that don't push up your blood sugars, this keeps you fuller and not wanting to nibble on chocolate and things. Don't use works canteens, however cheap they maybe, take your own pack up and never miss breakfast. Eat a sensible meal in the evening with plenty of fresh veg. Same as I would say to anyone really. I've also cut out caffeine and the emdless brews I had of coffee and tea, still have as many brews but now de caff.
