I empathise with the feelings of people struggling to accept it, and sometimes I get very p****d off with it but then I remind myself that having it is better than the alternative!  100 years ago I would have had to accept dying very young and I see the NHS keeping me going as a privilege, not something I have to 'accept'.  Sorry if this sounds unsympathetic but we are lucky to be still here.</p></blockquote><p></p>
