How do you overcome fear of testing?

    Hi I am.new to this too was told by my GP not to worry about testing type 2 diagnosed March 20...but I have been given a monitor I am also a big baby when it comes to needles only had about 3 blood tests all my 47 yrs but will be doing this a lot more now 're self testing with the monitor it's actually not really that bad only a tiny prick and blood droplet dries up very quickly so nothing to worry about would rather know for my info how i am managing my type 2 hope that helps with your fears
