i have tried to get him and gave him advice from guys here to, sadly the denial never left him here but hopefully after this he will listen sad to think it could of been prevented tho .. xYes, what jack said! Perhaps your friend might let us help him at last when he is over the operation?
isnt it just scared me to the ward he is on is al amputees mostly diabeties sobering thought but what annoyed me on mon they gave him battered fish chips and peas for his tea?? crazyFingers crossed for him Cath. That's one seriously tough break.
This is certainly a sobering thread, and one for anyone considering an approach of "tomorrow I'll do x, y or z".
thankuou for the post and i wish you a speedy recovery with your foot,, i hope he listen after this there is no alternative still no news yet but still have hope xxHow sad, hope they can save his foot, I am at the moment laid up with a broken ankle that I am not allowed to weight bear on it, it is the most disabling thing I have ever had and I know I am going to be fine in a couple of weeks. To be in your friends position to be permanently without a foot must be devastating - I really do wish him well and hope that this gives him the motivation to get his diabetes in check
thanks mo no news yet .. fingers crossed they save it xHello @cath99 I hope the operation goes well and they manage to save his foot.
