How important is weight loss?

nor has not eating breakfast until after my walk. PS. The 5.5 miles I walk isn’t a sudden increase, I’ve been doing it for a good while.
Nothing wrong with not eating breakfast if you are not hungry.
It’s called intermittent fasting.
Many type 2’s choose to eat in a small window of the day to limit the release of insulin. It helps with Insulin resistance, which is the main symptom of type 2 diabetes and causes weight gain.

I’d like to pick up on this in another question to the forum ie should you est little and often or have periods of fasting?
