How is Mixtard made?

Hi all as the title asks, does anyone know how they make mixtard. Its not the most important question in the world but I am curious and cant find it anywhere on the net.

Thats a very detailed document, and very difficult reading it. Although it did answer my question and more. What caught my eye was the term rDNA. rDNA is genetically modified/created.

So, Human insulin is artifically made.
