I was diagnosed diabetic in January this year. I've low carbed etc and while the weight has come off, wasn't overweight by much anyway and I'm a veggie, and I never ate junk (eg pastry, cakes, biscuits coke etc) my blood glucose has remained the sameish. But I do feel better lo carbing ironic really as it was Atkins that made me become vegetarian. Just wonder if I have a naturally high BG, and don't know if thats possible.</blockquote>
