how long do you wait after you inject until you eat?

Guys how long do you wait after you've eaten until you eat?
I was told 15 mins
but sometimes in circumstances out of my control I have to eat straight away
 
When I was on novorapid I waited for 30-50 minutes, depending on bg and what I was about to eat. Now I'm on fiasp and I usually inject right before eating unless I'm too high.
 
It depends what I am doing and what is convenient. Ideally, I wait 40 minutes but that is rarely possible so I don't stress if I inject immediately before eating.
 
I,m on novorapid and depends what I'am gonna eat, normally around 15-20 mins but if its high fat either just before I eat
