At first it was believed I had type 2, but after my second set of blood tests showed I have type 1. I am having a few issues at work, as they are currently deciding if I am still able to do my full duties. I currently work at a train station. What I want to do is prove is that I am more than capable to do my job with only a few changes to my work. To help me do this I need to find out how long I have been working with diabetes before I was diagnosed. I feel that this would help me show that if I had no incidents before being diagnosed, then with the knowledge and medication I should be able to manage fine at work. So I'm after information about a test that could help indicate how long I have had Diabetes before being diagnosed.
