If you want to know how many carbohydrates you should have, well all i can say is generally, women need fewer grams of carbohydrates each day than men. The amount of carbohydrates you need as an individual depends on many factors, including your size, weight, age, activity level, need and/or desire to lose weight, and food preferences. There isn't a one-size-fits-all amount of carbohydrates for all women. Everyone is different and has diverse nutritional needs.
