i am now 5days low carbing i think i am having 150 carbs a day i am finding its ever so slightly helping bg after food fbg not so good
should i maybe be having even less. i am struggling because i am hungry , but trying really hard any advice would be grateful

I am having a lot less than that - maybe up to 50 grams. I have found this has helped a lot with by bg readings. I have weight to lose and am not on medication as recently diagnosed and trying to fix by diet. I have only been low carbing for a week and have been very pleased with the results so far. You need to find what meals suit you and testing is the only way to do this. I have cut all bread, potatoes, pasta etc out of my diet and will do so as long as I need to. Everybody is different so you will have to experiment to find out what foods suit you best
