They have about 8 different ones, vegetable, fish, chicken, etc. And each type has the nutritional values listed. For example, California Rolls (like in your pic above) work out at 46g carbs per pack, or 25.5g per 100g of sushi. https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/296651801 It would be a bit of a pain, but you could probably work out approx carb amounts by comparing the different packs.
