Plenty of zero carb meals to be had - not just a glass of water!
Try a cheddar salad; cheese, couple of eggs, spinach, celery, cucumber, topped off with a fillet of mackerel (or salmon, or tuna).

It's actually about 3g carbs, but DAFNE teach you to disregard less than 10g
If you're used to LCHF, you'll be full with the amount of fat (cheese/fish) in the meal. Remember it's eating high carbs that makes you hungry quickly.
Chicken thighs or any protein with mayo
Salmon with butter
Burgers with cheese and bacon.
