So I went to the gym today, first time in ages. Glucose 7.8 before. Did some uphill power walking on treadmill, biking, elliptical and some lateral push downs... 1 hour in total and twenty minute walk each way. Glucose post: 10.6, presumably due to the resistance parts of the workout. Had some blueberries and 80% choc afterwards and didn't Bolus just because I figured my glucose would. E going down in the few hours after the workout and didn't want to hypo during the night. Two hours later, pre bedtim my sugars are 12.1.... Just wondering should i correct for this or just leave them until the morning and see if they go down during the night? I'm trying to lose weight via lchf so don't really feel like having to treat a hypo with sugar as hypos tend to set me back a bit in terms of lchf diet compliance...

I'm no expert but I'd certainly want to correct a 12.1 reading before bed. If you know your correction dose (for me, one unit of NovoRapid drops my BG by about 3.5mmol), you should be comfortable that you'll end up in range and not drop into a hypo even if you drop naturally a bit due to the earlier workout.
