[QUOTE="Andy-Sev, post: 1090297, member: 211266"] I've built up over time and now do two 4 miles walks a week, four 1 hour sessions on the exercise bike and then as I work from home, sitting at a computer all day I usually do 5 minutes with a resistance band every hour. I basically take Sundays off of exercising and on a Monday morning my BG will be slightly higher than normal because of it. To be honest I have only experienced lows after cycling and make sure that my bg is between 7.5 and 8.5 before I start as this seems to be the optimum for me to prevent being under 3.5 after.
