I have never come across a max or min dose. I take enough to allow me to drive legally but not go to high. Beware of your diet/ carb intake. Hope this helps.. my bg is around 7 to 8waking. 5.5ish before lunch. 5 to,6.5 before tea and anything between 5 and 7 before bed.</p></blockquote><p></p>
