I suspect I had had it for a while though. When I was diagnosed my bs was 19.8 and my HA1C 11.5  :shock: I have better control now thanks to 4 x Metfomin a day, losing two stone (I still have four stone to go) and trying to behave diet-wise. I have also taken up swimming a couple of times a week (I am starting gently so I am more likely to keep it going).A big hug to everyone on this board.
