How quickly should my HBA1C go down?

Could be a good reason to be a moderate carber and see how that goes for you? Keep your glucose levels down, so you insulin levels, therefore your cells lovely and insulin sensitive! (And therefore no prediabetes not to mention the dastardly diabetes.)</span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'">I have a girlfriend who recently got diagnosed with an HBA1c of 42, and what I just wrote is what I have said to her.</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
