hello!

can you tell me please how to eat large amounts of fat?
eating fatty cream or cheese would work, but unfortunately they have proteins that spike insulin

any hint? which products are extremely fatty and I can eat them? I am not looking for meat, I am looking something like a cream or something

thanks!

I want to take something with me at work or eat a snack at home

I found at tesco extremely tasty coconut yoghurt with huge fat and minimum carbs

**** we need more products like this

You are looking for a food that is high fat, low carb, low protein, inexpensive and available to buy from a gas station? No idea. Good luck.

What is the yoghurt in Tesco called?

A drizzle of olive oil on almost anything you eat. With milder olive oils, many people also manage to eat it straight from a spoon. The latter isn't something I have done myself.

@Jessd - the Tesco coconut yoghurt is called CoYo and comes in a couple of variants. It's not cheap, but is incredibly filling. There are a couple of threads on here on making home made coconut milk yoghurt. It's very easy, and utterly delicious, but I haven't done it for a while.

Ignore that - didn't see the low protein requirement.

Just a thought is there a reason you feel you need large amounts of fat ?

I want to get into ketosis

I am also thinking of bulletproof coffee but I need something to eat, because you cannot drink much amount of fat

by the way, for bulletproof coffee, what is the fattest thing I can put in and dissolve it without needing a blender?

Have you tried using the search function? There are tons of threads on bulletproof coffee on the forum. Seems like you are limiting your choices considerably. Loads of info on the web about ketogenic diets as well. Not sure exactly why you want to go into ketosis though..

I like Philadelphia cheeses very much, but is there available in individually wrapped pieces or in any other form that I can carry with me?

I couldn''t find anything

****, tesco doesnt have sugar free pudding or creme caramele, is there anything like this?

What has sugar free puddings got to do with eating large amounts of fat? I must admit, I'm at a loss as to exactly what you want, and why you want it. It seems that any suggestions made are discounted as being unsuitable so maybe you should decide exactly what you do want to eat and look on the net for information about products. There are many low carb recipes on the forum but you don't appear to want them either.

you just stop replying to my threads

Maybe because we haven't got an answer for you.
