Hi guys, I’m about to travel by bus for 2 days from the UK to Spain and I’ve left it last minute to organise a way to keep my insulin cool.

Are there any pharmacies that sell little cooler bags? Any home-made lunch box remedies? Let me know your hacks and go-tos please!

Have a look at current news about temperatures in Spain. They’re high, very high. If it were me I’d think twice about going.
If you do go, though, here are some of the methods I’ve used. Frios (see if you can get express delivery of a couple of Frios), a thermos, an insulated travel pouch, an insulated container with an ice pack but taking care not to put the insulin too close to something that’s frozen. I always make sure there’s a fridge I can use in overnight accommodation.
