how to keep my head in a good place

We were all newbies once (and not that long ago in many cases!).
 
hi, it's so strange that when some one finds what works for them and they write about it and we think it will do it for us all, may be that's why dieticians are surposed to be able to do a diet to suit each person, trouble is finding them, it's like the nhs booklet talks about the diabetic team, which is the nurse.
i have this thing that even when full i have to clear the plate, it wasn't some thing imposed on me growing up, except in school dinners.
i would love a dog, we have an elderly cat 16yrs , she is grumpy about other animals, plus we like going away.
