Obviously I'm not a doctor so can't be more specific but judging you profile history I would strongly suggest you need to visit your GP - ( my informed amateur hunch is you need a review if your diabetes and the meds you take for it). In the meantime I would increase the frequency of your testing so you can see if there is a pattern to your blood sugars. That will also help your GP.
