Thanks everyone for your replies so far. I've been told my risk factor is between 5-7% which I'm guessing can't be that bad? . My full break down for anyone that understands it is. Serum cholesterol level 6.2 mmol/L Serum HDL cholesterol level 1.6 mmol/L Serum triglyceride levels 1.4 mmol/L [< 2.3] Serum LDL cholesterol level 4.0 mmol/L Serum non high density lipoprotein cholesterol level 4.6 mmol/L Serum cholesterol/HDL ratio 3.9my HB1c is 49 and most of that was without insulin. But my fasting sugars have raised and u just can't get it down even with exercise. Then end up with headaches and anxiety. Feel worse with high blood sugars then low hence I've gone back on the insulin. Part of my steroid treatment is life long but some I'm tapering. It's safe to say there's nothing in my medical history that is normal. But that's what makes me me. ☺️.
