I'll start with saying that I'm contacting my GP this morning.
Over last month I've started getting hypos late afternoon which I've treated successfully, but now finding my BS is getting lower, 3.5 late last night and took some time to bring it back up to 9.1 at 1am.
I've just tested again (6.30)and it's decreased to 3.5 again.
I used glucose tablets with milk and peanut butter sandwich last night which would normally sustain BS but night today.
What else can I take to get it up again bit concerned.
Thanks for any advice

The most common thing said is 4 jelly babies if you go hypo or are out any where

see following:

your treatment type being other: presuming means no hypo inducing meds. has your activity levels increased recently which can perhaps have knock on effect with insulin resistance.

not too sure why wanted +9? +4/5 should be ok. liver should dump some glucose, might be worth speaking with dsn curious if been checked for nafld which can impact release of glucose?

First question is - are you on any glucose-lowering medication? Your profile does not say.

@Beach Hut I see from your previous post Oct 23 you are on Liraglutide.
According to Drugs.com this drug can cause low blood sugars. Are you on any other blood sugar lowering meds?

This is an extract from the Drugs.com website.

“If you are between the ages of 18 and 60, take no other medication or have no other medical conditions, side effects you are more likely to experience include:

  • Common side effects of liraglutide include hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels), nausea, diarrhea, headache, blocked nose, vomiting, decreased appetite, dyspepsia, upper respiratory tract infection, constipation, and back pain.”
