Humalog and Lantus amount

What are your blood sugars? When do you take your Lantus? What is your diet like? What is your control like?

Very hard to say with such a simple question.

I would definitely question the purpose of gliclazide. I've never seen it alongside a basal-bolus regime and I would definitely question whether it is achieving anything, especially as (I assume) you're requiring fairly large amounts of insulin.
