I’ve used reusable pens for ever , I recently got given disposable pens when they changed my insulin from Levimir to Humalin I , I went straight back and got my prescription changed to cartridges, I find them so much easier they feel so much sturdier as well as previously stated about room in fridge etc . With regard needles I don’t change mine every time I wait til I actually feel them going in then I think oh time for a change , I know I know it’s not recommended but it’s good to be a bit of a rebel now and again , besides I remember when professionals use to tell you when asked when do I change these needles , when their blunt oh how times have changed
