Hunger Pains

silly questions about life in general and false friends.
Hi,how do go about over coming the feeling of hunger in the daytime.What would a good thing to eat to stop this.

Nuts, almonds walnuts brazils, cheese, cucumber, ham, celery is good filled with philadelphia cheese as is half a red pepper and 85/90 % cocoa chocolate x 2 squares. Pate' really nice in the groove of celery sticks

I agree with @poohtiggy

But why are you hungry? Are you trying to lose weight? And cutting down on carbs? Fat? Or food in general?
Or are you hungry despite eating normally?
 
Thanks for the replies.I will have start snacking more it has been a problem for many years they put down to some of the medication I been taking for a long time but no advice given when asking the doctors for advice.
 
Dark chocolate works well for me, I feel it gives my body something to work on for a while! I get the 75% moser roth one from Aldi.
