The usual advice with fasting is, do it until you don't feel right with it anymore. Whether that's a fast that lasts days or one that lasts until dinner... If you're uncomfortable, have that ham & cheese roll-up.Sorry for the title. Just been a bit strange. Wasn't sure what to go with.
Over the last day or 2 I have noticed I have been getting hungry. Just got in from work and nicked some bits of ham and cheese from the fridge.
BG is 5.2. By no means low for me. I was expecting a 4.?.
Is it just my system running empty? I was uncomfortably hungry. Full on grumble noises from the ol tummy.

Thanks, all it took was a bit of cheese and some ham. Really not much, almost seems wrong to eat it. Genuinely feels like cheating somehow.
